Direct phone access to the physicians or to our assistants during office hours. Phone calls will be returned promptly. However, if you deem your problem "urgent", your physician will make every effort to speak with you at the time of your call.
- Your doctor's personal cell phone number will be provided. This avoids the need to contact an answering service outside of normal business hours. Members may also choose to text the physician directly for non-emergent medical questions.
- Our friendly staff will be available at the office phone line during business hours. This prioritizes the coordination of routine administrative questions to the team members that handle these questions.
Convenient office e-mail and MyChart access for non-urgent health issues or questions. You will receive a prompt response.
Same day or next business day appointments will be offered as available. Except for your Annual Wellness Exam, prompt scheduling is available for routine follow-up office visits and sick visits.
Little or no office waiting time, and typically longer appointments when needed. We expect all appointments to begin on schedule. Additionally, the Annual Wellness Exam appointments will be scheduled for 60 minutes or more and all others for 30 minutes, allowing adequate time to answer your questions and address your concerns.
Strong focus on preventive medicine and long-term health and wellness. Our philosophy is to assess and educate you about your personal medical needs and health risks. Our hope is that this will empower you to take an active role in managing and maintaining optimal health.
Your own personal and pertinent medical information will be made accessible to you. Via use of our online portal, you will have access to all the same healthcare data at your fingertips that we have access to. This includes but is not limited to office visit notes, medication lists, vaccinations and upcoming appointments.
Care for visiting family and/or friends. Should your out-of-town family or friends become ill during a visit, we will offer a complementary encounter under the membership of the patient (pending availability), on a case-by-case basis.
End-of-life counseling visits with patients and family. We will discuss viable options, legal choices, and personal concerns, and will assist you in creating appropriate documentation for your wishes.

Annual Comprehensive Evaluation
This is a comprehensive evaluation of your health as evaluated by the Premier Concierge Care of Atlanta physician team as assisted by detailed testing, not in connection with any illness or injury. It will include a thorough examination and an extensive array of screening tests, many of which will be completed in the office and are likely covered by your commercial insurance or Medicare. Depending on your situation and health risks, additional tests may be recommended, and you or your insurer will be responsible for payment for those tests. Routine lab testing is often covered by insurance, including Medicare as part of your Wellness Evaluation. A personalized extended laboratory panel will also be completed during your evaluation.
In our ongoing efforts to assist you in adapting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and optimizing your quality of life, you will be encouraged and reminded by our staff to schedule this very important annual exam each year.
